We wanted to find a center that would not only help develop her soccer skills but also help her learn the importance of discipline, hard work, training and fitness all while having fun! D1 checked all the boxes. My daughter worked mostly with Coach Ryeong. He positively challenged her working on her speed, agility and technique. We just finished one session and saw great improvement! We’ve signed up for more!

I have experienced of other places that coaches were kinda all (sorry to say but) lazy, but D1’s all the coaches we met has passion about teaching and growing kids in a good way. Coming from a competitive track-and-field and soccer background myself, I was tempted to sign up. However I had lived a sedentary lifestyle for the better half of two decades and I wasn’t sure I could handle it.As I watched my son enjoy and push himself during his workouts, I mustered up the courage to sign up. In the short time I have been with D1, the transformation in my life has been nothing short of amazing. I have gone from sluggish, lethargic and suffering from a mind fog, to alert, active and full of energy…not to mention the 25+lbs I have lost so far.The D1 team have been a critical part of my fitness and weight loss journey. Not only are they great trainers but also excellent motivators on and off the training turf. Their attention to detail and flexibility of approach makes each workout feel like a 1-on-1 session. It is impressive how each of the trainers knows my apprehensions, my weakness and my goals and caters my workouts to bring out the best in me.
