The coaches teach you how to use the machines. No stress in figuring out what machine to use or if I am using the machine correctly. This is a great place to get an overall strength and cardio workout in just 30 minutes. All the members are very friendly and motivate each other to do their best. The facility is very clean! Sharon, Julie, Wendi and Kristi are great coaches at Curves.

The gym is clean and well-maintained with an awesome team of coaches who are warm and welcoming. I love the increase in my strength and muscle tone since re-joining Curves 18 months ago--try it and you will not be disappointed!!!

The exercise routine is a quick, but effective, 30 minute workout. The members are all sizes and all ages (I am 71). No one cares what you look like. The staff and members are encouraging and fun. Come on in, give it a try. You have nothing to lose and a better body to gain.
