★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Overall, my experience at this gym has been mostly positive. I’ve been a member since the beginning of 2025 and The staff are welcoming and friendly, which creates a great environment. The facility is always clean, and I appreciate that wipes are provided to clean the equipment , hygiene seems to be a priority here.I also really like that there haven’t been any hidden fees or surprise charges. Everything about the membership has been transparent so far. Another great perk is the ability to bring a guest, which is super convenient when I have visitors. There are several fitness classes included with the premium membership, and they offer a good variety if you enjoy group workouts. That said, there are a few downsides. Some of the equipment feels outdated and could use an upgrade. Also, during peak hours, especially in the evenings, the gym can be chaotic. It's often overcrowded, and it can be frustrating when groups hog machines for long periods or when people sit on equipment scrolling through their phones. Unfortunately, there are also a few members who don’t show much respect for shared spaces, which can take away from the experience.Despite those issues, the friendly staff, cleanliness, and added perks like guest access and fitness classes make it a worthwhile gym, especially if you can avoid the evening rush.

July 06 · Rachael RaghoonananI just decided to make my first step at gym, and to be honest I think I couldn’t make a better choice.. I was attended by Anthony and he have been very helpful, attentive, and very kind, the service is great so I definitely stay in this location, thank you so much Anthony 👏🏼

July 29 · Rey JohnsonI had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this Crunch Gym location. Anthony, the front desk manager, was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He did not listen to anything I was trying to explain and instead spoke over me. Even worse, while I was on the phone, he openly shared other customers’ private information—including full names, phone numbers, and addresses. This is a serious breach of confidentiality and basic ethics. To make matters worse, I was disconnected from the call seven times and was told each time that someone would call me back. That never happened. Anthony later claimed he tried to call me, which was simply not true. This entire experience was unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and disregard for customer privacy are reasons why I will never return.

July 14 · Swarsattie KishunTL;DR This Crunch location is a complete embarrassment. Disrespectful members, lazy management, broken and missing equipment, and a toxic culture that’s only gotten worse. I made great progress since 2023, but even that’s not enough to keep me here. I’d rather pay more at Coliseum and train somewhere that actually respects its members, equipment, and basic gym etiquette.I’ve never left a long negative review in my life, but this place earned it.I’ve been here since 2023 and made incredible progress in both my physique and strength, but none of it justifies staying. I’m not leaving because I outgrew the gym. I’m leaving because the gym got worse every month. The equipment situation is embarrassing for a gym that keeps raising prices. A third of my workout is wasted cleaning up after lazy, clueless members who think reracking is optional. Staff can’t fix the real problem, Crunch let a selfish, disrespectful culture infest this place. It’s not a gym anymore. It’s a daycare for clowns who treat it like their personal garage gym.Rush hour is chaos. Tuesdays are a joke with a group of older guys hogging the squat racks for two hours doing arm workouts. Nobody enforces anything. And if you think I’m exaggerating, ask any serious lifter who was here a year ago. You can’t, they’ve all left because they saw this disaster coming. We were promised a hack squat in 2023. Then three more squat racks and the same hack squat by fall 2024. It’s March 2025 and we’ve gotten nothing but excuses and lies.Basic handles have been missing for five months with no replacements. Machines stay broken for weeks because members abuse everything and management does nothing. Crunch would rather ignore it all than spend a dime fixing anything. The worst part is the toxic culture. People camp on machines for endless sets, doom-scroll on their phones, refuse to let others work in, lie about how many sets they have, and let their buddies cut in. Basic gym respect doesn’t exist here. What really sucks is this culture has even gotten to me. I always let people work in and tried to keep a positive attitude, but this place has drained me. I haven’t walked in here with any joy for months because I know the equipment I need is probably being misused or hogged. It’s exhausting.Other Crunch locations aren’t this bad, but this one is hopeless. I’d rather pay more at Coliseum where at least the members and staff respect the gym and each other. I’m happy to pay more to avoid this circus. And I can’t wait for the owners to slap their same tired copy-paste response under this review about how they value feedback and are working to improve. Spare me. If you actually cared, none of this would be happening. Everyone sees through it and we’re all tired of the lies. This gym is a joke. Crunch let it rot. Save your money and train somewhere that actually gives a damn.

March 05 · Rakib HassanThe gym is very clean. The staff is very nice, very polite. The hours are great. I have one request: Can you please keep the TVs working, especially 7, 11 and 14. I tried running and distracting myself with a movie on my phone but it's not as good as being able to stare at some program with subtitles and zone out that way. Thanks again to staff though: when the TVs work, the staff members do help me get subtitles on screen so I can read and run. Appreciate it! Running can be boring even though I do love it! Thanks Crunch staffers! Member since 2021
