Have been a member for 3.5 yrs. It’s a spacious and clean facility with a great vibe for working out, and has very supportive and welcoming members. Ownership is solid and genuine. Everyone feels at home and owner invests in members by getting to know them and helping people achieve their personal goals. The trainers are fantastic (like my man JP !!!) and take time to work with you at your pace so you can learn proper movements. All workouts are easily scalable to your ability - from first time beginners to expert. Encourage anyone and everyone to check it out.

The owner, John, came over and shook our hands, gave us some words of encouragement, and made us feel even more comfortable. All of the coaches are amazing! They know who the newbies are in each class and they take the time to make sure you fully understand each move. They seem to genuinely want you to enjoy your CrossFit experience and that makes a world of difference! Coaches and athletes were friendly and inviting. Warm up, workout, coaching and atmosphere was top notch. Highly recommend!

The coaches are amazing and take the time to help every member, whether a novice or seasoned athlete. The community is extremely friendly and welcoming.
