February 16 · Chandra VardhineniReturned to CF after an injury and moving to a new neighborhood. I thought this place would be my new gym home. The classes are a 10. It was a bumpy start and after posting my initial review, the owner reached out and actively listened to my concerns. He was incredibly pleasant and asked me to give the gym a second try which I did. It has been a different experience over the last two weeks or so, with a definite shift to more constructive coaching. I am optimistic that I'll be able to move forward towards building the endurance (and confidence) I lost when I was sidelined with a knee injury. I'm committing to another 10 classes and then will likely upgrade to a full membership.
