It’s obvious they care about every athlete in the room, whether it’s your first class or your hundredth.The gym itself is also top-notch…. air conditioned, spotless, and well-organized. You can tell there’s pride in how it’s run. If you’re local or just visiting, I can’t recommend this place enough. Looking forward to coming back!

He even hooked us up with some great BBQ and sightseeing recs! Signing up was easy on their site and they were quick to reply on Instagram for our last-minute drop-in. Definitely recommend CrossFit on 18th Street if you’re in KC!
