July 01 · Lovejot S.Dropped in for a week while in town for work. Had classes with both coaches Vito and Lindsey. Really good instruction from both. They devoted time to not only what the movement should be, but also what it should not be, how you should be focused on breathing and posture. Great instruction! They also both moved through the class during the workout offering encouragement and instruction.Facility was good, lots of room and no major wait for a rack or rower etc...Since I was there a whole week I can tell you that the community of regulars was consistent and they're really nice folks. Thanks for the great experience.Will definitely be dropping again when I'm in town.

The good thing is, that not only the people are nice, also the coaches look at you and take care about you and that you do not get injured while taking too much weight. etc.Not only a gym.
