My twin boys have grown up watching my husband and me workout here since they were 3 years old and at 13 (almost 14) they are now members. I highly recommend joining - feeling intimidated is normal, just know that we all had a first day once too so you're not alone. I promise we will welcome you and help you and always cheer you on!

I come here and have a great experience a good workout.Good coaches. Good programming. Good use of space. There are bigger gyms that don’t do any of this.

The owner, Jon, is an outstanding leader at the gym and in the Hoboken community. It is a pleasure to be a part of such a passionate and hard working group. The coaches are outstanding, particularly Chris! He has improved my form and is very encouraging which has ultimately helped me become a stronger and faster runner. It has been a great supplement to my weekly running routine. CrossFit Hoboken is the best!

The staff is warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable.For anyone interested in starting CrossFit, there is special attention paid to beginners so you can learn the skills. There are also separate training sessions on weekends since you do really need to work at your technique on a lot of the movements.Additionally, and I think equally importantly, the gym is truly a community where people build friendships and network in Hoboken / Jersey City. So the experience can extend beyond fitness.
