The coaches are great—always supportive, encouraging, and ready to help you push a little harder or scale a workout to fit your needs. I also recently joined the Nutrition Lab, and it’s been eye-opening. I’ve learned so much about my eating habits and timing, and the one-on-one coaching has been a huge plus. Highly recommend both the gym and the nutrition program!

The coaches are all so approachable and always looking to support you to continue to make progress. It's been such a great start to the year. I finally made the decision to give CrossFit Epping a shot. I should've definitely done this sooner!!! The level of knowledge is amazing. The coaches here are the best, teaching the correct technique, form and scaling the workouts to fit my needs. I have drop foot and never thought I would be able do half of the movements that I can today. On top of it all, the community is downright awesome. It's like an extended family. No more putting headphones in and burying my head in the sand. We have a great time pushing one another, cheering each other on to a great selection of music. If you've read this far, I'll be looking forward to seeing you in the gym someday!!! 10/10
