Made my rounds to other local boxes and to say the least simply Wasn't impressed! If your looking for amazing results or even a lifestyle change try them out you will NOT be disappointed.. Where else can you get abs within 3 months of having a child!!

CrossFit makes me feel strong, challenged, empowered, accomplished, and I'm supported in an awesome diverse community that is CrossFit Dartmouth. And what has CF taught me this year? That I shouldn't say 'I hate' or 'I can't' because I can. I am continually amazed at the things I can do now. I can't believe the results I've seen over the past 8 months. I have had great results that I did not achieve with years of running groups, marathons, and triathlon training and in such a short amount of time. I highly recommend CF Dartmouth for anyone who is looking for results. Just show up, suit up, be consistent, listen to the coaches, and watch your diet. The folks here make working out fun community to be a part of.
