However, as soon as she was born I was itching to get back and join Coach Johns Fitness Through Motherhood (ftm) program! It runs over 6 weeks, babies are certainly welcome and workouts are designed specifically to support us as we recover postpartum, with coaches who are eager to help you adapt the workout as you need. I can’t praise this program enough! It’s a great workout, great coaches, and great people.

The coaches do a great job fully explaining the workout, take the time to review all movements, and provide individual feedback. The programming is also highly adaptable regardless of skill set.
