Never did I think I would love this so much or that it would improve my health as much as it did. I've been active in sports and outdoors my whole life but this is the best I have felt as far as my whole body strength and functionality. I also worked with one of their coaches on nutrition which was honestly eye opening for me and such a positive move. On top of all the personal value physically, I also have met some of the most amazing people! The coaches truly care for you and put you first in their purpose, and the people that are part of this gym have become instant friends and are so supportive. 100% recommend this gym, don't be afraid to give it a try, it can change your life for the better!

April 21 · Issa GhalebCrossFit 8 mile reminds me of family. From the members to the coaches, everyday at the gym is fun, tough, rewarding and much more. The programming is great with just enough individual coaching but with a group atmosphere. Everyone can do all the workouts, there is the RX version and a ton of scaled options. You don’t always want to go but you feel like you accomplished a lot once you’re done. Days like Murph and Friday Night Lights really show how great the membership is. Drop in for a class and I’ll see ya in the AM!

This gym has become family - the community is awesome and the coaches are phenomenal! Each coach will meet you right where you are, whether you're a newbie, a veteran CrossFitter, or recovering from an injury - any workout can be tailored to your needs. We all start somewhere!I highly recommend checking this gym out if you're looking for a great community and great coaches to help you achieve your fitness goals!! This was the first CrossFit gym I ever checked out and then never looked back :)
