I started CrossFit 5150 at the age of 58 years old and still doing it at 68 years old. The gym is very clean and all the equipment is wiped down after each workout. It feels very safe in the gym. I won’t lie, it will be hard at the beginning but if you keep at it, your cardio will improve and you will get stronger. The coaches go over all the workout movements each day even if we already know them. They will also keep you engaged and most likely not let you stop working. Age shouldn’t be an issue, the coaches will work with you so you are safe and ensure you don’t hurt yourself. So if you want to be part of a CrossFit family, this is the one to choose.

They also asked no drop in fee from us, which makes us want to by their shirts and support them. The coaches were knowledgeable and the programming was well thought out. I had specific goals for strength and endurance and the crew accepted the challenge. I am happy to say that I completed the race and had a great experience due in no small part to the skill and dedication of the coaches (and now my good friends) at 5150
