★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I absolutely adore the yoga sculpt classes led by Sabrina and Danny! This unique yoga experience combines a variety of elements such as yoga flow, cardio, core work, and strength training all in one class. The energetic and lively music adds to the fun atmosphere. I notice and feel the positive results after going to their classes.
June 18 · Kate TranI am in town to visit family and wanted to try out a class, Danielle was fantastic!! It was a nice mix of all the body parts being trained with a variety of yoga moves mixed it that left me feeling relaxed from the yoga aspect and stronger from the weights portion. She is clear and motivating and I'll never forget to "zip up my core" ever again! Love her.
May 26 · Tori WaldnerI look forward to yoga sculpt every day and helps me improve my mental and physical health. Regardless of how the rest of my day has been, I usually feel so much better after class! I love how many classes are available each day and the instructors all bring their own unique flair to their classes!! Danny has a great range of music in his playlists, and his fun personality makes his classes a BLAST! He offers a wonderful variety of strength training exercises that differ from other classes, so it never gets boring! Sabrina is the core Queen! That woman is FIT - and her classes make you want to work harder. Nia and Andrea also have consistent classes with current music and challenging, but doable sequences.
June 18 · Michelle VarravetoAfter 2 classes, I had all but written yoga sculpt off as not my kind of workout. Then I took Christina’s class this morning. Where the other instructors are clearly in a competition for whose class is more impossible, Christina’s class was thoughtful, challenging & (most importantly) doable. I was able to get through everything & walked out feeling strong & accomplished rather than disappointed in myself. If you’re struggling through yoga sculpt & dreading the class, please try Christina’s before you give up.
April 09 · Bridgette RobertsMy instructor was awesome in so many ways! She was a great guide throughout class. She helped me learn more about yoga and the poses throughout the class. She help me to see where I can improve! She made a good personal connection with all students. Loved her! Love the studio. So clean and lovely. Enjoyed my time there immensely!
