★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Extremely disappointed with how this studio handles late arrivals and the inconsistent enforcement of their policies. I arrived just 4 minutes late due to unavoidable train delays and was denied entry by Beatrice-Anne S, even though this was never an issue before. She told me they call members 2 minutes before class if they’re not there, yet I never received any call. Somehow, my spot was already given away within 2 minutes by her, how is that even possible? Either they oversold the class or they lied about their policy. While waiting for my friend who was already in the class, I saw that other people were still allowed to enter to another class after the class has already started for 5mim. When I mentioned that I had come with a friend who was inside, Beatrice-Anne S still denied my entry without any reasonable explanation. The inconsistency and lack of fairness are unacceptable.Instead of prioritizing loyal members, they seem more focused on squeezing in as many people as possible. If you’re looking for a studio with fairness, flexibility, and consistent policies, this is NOT the place. Highly disappointed.
March 18 · AmyI love this brand in general but the overbooking situation here is insane. We pay so much for these classes, I at least want to be able to move without hitting a wall or someone else. My most recent class was so overbooked that the teacher did not even have a spot to demo. We couldn't hear him or see him, and everybody was basically falling into each other and hitting the walls. There are marks on the ground where the mats go. That is the capacity of the class. If I have to move over and be literally on top of the wall to make room for two or three extra people so that Core Power can make more money and I can have a terrible experience I'm just not coming anymore. We pay so much money for these classes and it's ridiculous
March 17 · Abby WashutaAvani was amazing!! Great energy, super thorough, and even played her sound bowl for a little at the end which made me forgive her for the killer upper and lower body super sets. Take her class, you’ll enjoy it!
March 19 · Francheska MarteFirst time at this studio. Hannah was wonderful. It was my first time in her class and highly recommend! Challenging and fun, upbeat energy. Lots of sculpting, toning and sweat!
February 17 · L NThis studio is dirty (hair balls on the floor everywhere, dust bunnies in locker room and in studio under the weights). Bathroom supplies are also not there - no toilet paper in the stall, no tissues by the sink… I haven’t been to other locations but this one needs a deep clean and basic maintenance of supplies.
