Services Offered
CorePower Yoga’s class structure is built around proprietary, set sequences designed to provide a consistent and effective practice across all locations. The Raleigh studio offers a wide array of formats, ranging from beginner fundamentals to high-intensity, heated workouts. These services are available both in the studio (Onsite services) and remotely (Online classes), catering to diverse schedules and preferences.
The primary class types and related services include:
- CorePower Yoga 1 (C1): A foundational Vinyasa flow class that focuses on exploring the fundamental principles and postures of Vinyasa yoga. It is typically taught at a moderate, intuitive pace with little or no added heat, making it an ideal starting point for beginners in Raleigh.
- CorePower Yoga 2 (C2): A high-intensity, signature class that builds upon the foundational C1 sequence. C2 is taught in a heated room (often around 100 degrees Fahrenheit), focusing on more challenging postures to strengthen, balance, and encourage detoxification through sweat.
- Yoga Sculpt (YS): A fusion class that combines the traditional elements of CorePower 2 sequencing with high-intensity cardio and strength training. Participants use light free weights and move to upbeat tracks, boosting metabolism and building lean muscle mass.
- Hot Power Fusion (HPF): A blend of the meditative qualities of hot yoga and the intensity of power Vinyasa, combining strength and balancing postures in a heated room to help deepen practice.
- CoreRestore (CR): A beginner-friendly class focused on restorative stretching. It involves holding postures to target connective tissues and breathing exercises to help alleviate soreness and promote mental reflection.
- CorePower Strength X (CSX): A high-intensity strength training class designed to build lean muscle and power potential through strength training and energizing breathwork.
- Online Classes: Offering a flexible alternative, members can access CorePower's library of live and on-demand classes, including yoga, sculpt, and meditation, allowing North Carolinians to practice anywhere.

What makes this studio truly worth choosing is its signature, fitness-forward approach to yoga. It’s a full-spectrum training center—part yoga studio, part gym—where you can build fundamental Vinyasa skills in a C1 class, turn stress into sweat in a heated C2 session, and incorporate strength training and cardio through Yoga Sculpt.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I did a free week last May and was really excited to join, but summer got in the way so I had to postpone. Then in the fall, the studio closed temporarily due to construction, which put things on hold again. When it reopened, I kept checking the schedule but mostly saw CP2 and Yoga Sculpt classes, with very few CP1 options—and none of the CP1.5 classes I had been taking before.Recently, I checked again and saw that Emily is now teaching CP1 classes that fit perfectly with my schedule! I joined right away and signed up for her Sunday class. It felt great to be back in the studio. I really enjoyed the class—Emily took time to break down some of the tougher poses, which was super helpful. And the scented cold towels were such a nice bonus! I'm excited for this month!
August 04 · Jamie GregoryI rarely leave reviews unless they’re positive, but this location ain’t it. I’ve had great experiences being new at corepower, but this specific studio doesn’t feel beginner-friendly or welcoming at all. I love blasting music during my workouts, but my 2nd class was so loud it was hard to even hear or follow the instructor. It is a tough workout, but deff recommend the other 2 triangle locations over this one!
June 26 · Katie DavineI just joined this studio after recently moving to the area and I cannot say enough good things! I tried several studios before choosing this one to become a member of. The studio smells so nice when you walk in, all of the instructors are so friendly and motivating during class, the classes are challenging and offer the perfect amount of heat. The locker rooms are state of the art, clean and modern! The schedule is amazing, they offer so many different classes/times that could work for most schedules. All around a really great studio and community of yogis.
October 25 · Megan GouletteI started the free week trial and took 2 classes. Check in was always swift and easy, just had to tell them my name and I was ready to go. One class was the Hot Power Fusion class with Alicia C. Alicia was such an amazing instructor. The type of person you’d hope to have as your yoga instructor. She was encouraging, knowledgeable, and created an overall grounding/calming environment. This was a level three class and the heat and humidity in the room wasn’t as bad as I thought. Did break a sweat, but not the “clothes drenched, sweat dripping on the mat” type of hot I had at previous hot yoga classes. Just an FYI.Bathroom, classes, and lobby are very nice and clean. Staff is also very friendly and welcoming. Great studio. Thank you guys!
December 06 · Jazzy JazzI love the instructors and how zen this studio is. After class usually some chat a little in the main office just ways to achieve a greater class and honestly there is nothing you have to improve. Instructors are great the facility is clean and quiet and perfect and bonus you have Starbucks next door
