What is Worth Choosing
CorePower Yoga - Mission Bay is an excellent choice for fitness-oriented California locals who want a challenging, consistent, and results-driven practice. The primary reason to choose this location is its successful fusion of traditional yoga with modern, high-intensity fitness. Classes like Yoga Sculpt and Hot Power Fusion are rigorous, dynamic workouts that help members achieve fitness goals like increased strength and muscle endurance, which traditional, unheated studios may not offer with the same intensity. The consensus among long-time customers is that the classes are "tough but rewarding," making it ideal for those who seek to seriously "push hard" and see tangible results in flexibility, strength, and stress reduction.
Furthermore, the studio’s commitment to an inclusive environment—being LGBTQ+ friendly and a Transgender Safespace—is a significant draw, fostering an environment where a diverse range of California residents can feel safe and accepted while pursuing their health goals. The convenience of their service options, including in-studio, online, and outdoor classes, coupled with easy accessibility via the readily available street parking and wheelchair accessibility, makes it a hassle-free addition to a busy lifestyle. While one review noted a need for improvement in the student-to-student community atmosphere, the quality and inspiring nature of the yoga instructors, like Phoebe and Cassidy, are repeatedly praised as exceptional, providing expert guidance that is the foundation of a successful practice. If you are looking for a clean, professional, well-equipped facility with challenging classes and dedicated teachers who deliver a powerful workout, CorePower Yoga - Mission Bay is a top-tier choice in the San Francisco Bay Area.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve gone to CorePower several times now and had amazing experiences every time. The class is tough but rewarding. The instructors do a great job of encouraging you to push hard.Special shoutout to Phoebe for being an especially amazing trainer! She brings such a positive energy, cares about her class so much, and has the best playlist. I can’t wait to be back!
February 26 · Ethan FangThis is a clean, perfect-sized facility and once the class begins, the yoga instructors are knowledgable and inspiring. I particularly love taking classes with Cassidy if I can make them. I'm giving the experience a 3/5 because the culture of the studio is pretty cold and I often feel uncomfortable and unwelcome with the other yoga students. For example, today I went to class and the instructor was in the bathroom, and locked the front door while she was away. I checked my phone, it was 11:59am and the class started at noon. A key part of this note lies in the fact that I was not late, I was on time. I knocked on the window of the class before it began to request assistance for someone to let me in and a class full of people watched me and didn't try to help at all. I had a yoga mat in my hand, pointing to the door. It felt very unkind to me. I'd prefer to attend a studio that has a sense of community and kindness.
September 03 · Rosemary WilliamsJENNIFER W is my favorite, her class is amazing and motivational, such a good workout!!!
September 01 · Kaitlyn ZhangFell in love with Gozde on my first class, stayed because of Carson, Vaishnavi, Barry and Jackie.I LOVE how these teachers are not only non judgmental, patient, supportive but they are also so very kind to everyone in the room. You're probably going to have the best yoga studio in the city but without teachers like these guys who performs and teaches at their highest level - that studio is meh. Such great human beings! This particular studio is so chill and I think because the energy from the teachers radiate towards the students. Give these people a raise!Im selfish and was contemplating in posting this review because Im afraid they're classes will get more crowded than they already are but I guess it is what is! :)
July 07 · Iggy TCStopped by this studio while visiting SF. Holly led an excellent C1 yoga class that got me reaccustomed to the movements after a couple years away from the mat. Pacing felt just right, and the adjustments she recommended were helpful. Good music and vibes as usual. :)This studio feels new and clean. There is ample locker space, a large sunny studio (there is also a second room but I didn't go in), and the location is super peaceful.
