I have now been training with Corey or at Core Fitness for over 2 years. My back feels great, and I am in the best shape of my adult life. Corey likes to say, “he meets you where you are in your fitness journey”. Corey only wants to help you make sustainable changes, he does not overwhelm you, but he does hold you accountable. He reminds you that fitness is walks with your family not just putting weight on your back. I still can’t fully/intelligently explain what functional fitness is, but I do know I feel better, I move better and I’m more flexible. So it’s working.
