Highly recommend all classes (but make sure to select an appropriate level for yourself). Definitely more personalized than many other studios in Manhattan.

Jilliene has a high level of expertise and makes every class both challenging and enjoyable. Both are upbeat and nice.I have taken other instructors as well and I like the fact they offer different “levels” and seem to always offer modifications so I can get a variety or keep consistent with a schedule. I highly recommend their classes to anyone looking to get into pilates - studio is also so cute!! Grip socks are required but they sell actually really cute ones there if you forget yours.
