Coach Pain is an excellent coach and his motivation inspires you to push beyond what you think you can accomplish. Recommend this gym to everyone. My first class was the Veterans Day class and now I’m going to be going as much as possible. I would give him 10 stars and again recommend to every gym goer that wants a push.

The group training environment is very positive and challenges me more than I could ever do on my own. Coach Pain truly cares about each person in his gym, which is very evident after attending his classes. The other coaches are great too. I love that every session is different, which keeps interest and motivation high and also works various parts of the body. Definitely a good mix of cardio and strength training that makes you certain you accomplished something difficult when you leave to go home. Highly highly recommend!

I took some time off to heal and my Brother and Sister-In-Law suggested I check out Coach Pain. I signed up for the Free Month and just recently signed up full time. His workouts are absolutely unique, motivating and, without a doubt, ass-kickers. Cardio has never been my forte', but in one month I can already feel better on these runs and stamina. I especially like how a lot of the movements are low(er) impact, "lighter" weights compared to what I was moving at CrossFit - my joints feel so much better. Coach Pain and his Wife T run a fantastic operation and I couldn't recommend them enough.
