★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I decided it was time to find a way to build strength without beating up my body—and that’s exactly what I’ve found at Club Pilates. After just six classes over the past three weeks, I’m already hooked. The coaches are not only knowledgeable, but genuinely supportive. The equipment is top-notch, the camaraderie in class is awesome, and every time I leave, I feel like I’ve done something really good for myself. Can’t wait to keep growing in this practice and seeing where it takes me. Highly recommend for anyone looking for low-impact strength training that still delivers results!

July 15 · Eirene MbellaI’ve been a loyal member of Club Pilates for many years now, and it continues to be one of the best investments I've made in my health and wellness. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and always make sure classes are safe and challenging—no matter your level. The variety of classes keeps things fresh, and the environment is always clean, professional. Highly recommended.
August 03 · Nancy HurdMy first time visiting Club Pilates was awesome! Everyone was so nice and welcoming from the time I stepped in the door until I left…..after becoming a member of course 😊. I took the Intro class (30min) which I highly recommend, and if Michelle is teaching, you will definitely enjoy it. Michelle took her time with us, explained each exercise thoroughly, and even repositioned me when I needed it (thank you Michelle!). If you’ve been on the fence about joining, do it. You won’t regret it!
August 06 · Maria King - NOAA FederalI went to the South Frederick studio for over 3 years. The location is about an hour from where I live so I only paid for the 4 classes per month package. I don’t have any other Pilates studios near me and I work from home so even though it was inconvenient, I made it work. I loved the following instructors: Cara, Kelly, Michelle, and Shiva.Cara was promoted to another studio a few months after I started which was a great loss for this studio. Luckily Kelly was also an amazing instructor, but unfortunately left after about 2 years. Michelle and Shiva remain and are both fantastic instructors. The reason for the low rating:1. Not enough level 2 classes offered. I am a very active person. I strength train 4 days a week, run 3 days a week, and do mat Pilates from home. I loved adding reformer Pilates for variety but the levels 1 and 1.5 were not as challenging as I wanted. I loved the level 2 classes but as I mentioned they were rarely offered.2. If you miss a class or drop out of class within less than 24h you have to email the manager for the credit back. I found this extremely inconvenient and would have much rather just been charged some sort of fee. In the first 2 years I did not have this problem, but traffic started increasing and because I live far, I would sometimes miss my classes. The manager would always give me back the credit which was nice, but as I said, it would have been easier to just charge a small fee.3. I asked if I could cancel my membership for 3-6 months while I attended classes for a masters program I recently started. I was advised that if I cancelled, I would lose the history on the app and would pay a higher amount once I rejoined because prices had gone up. I did not understand why they would not honor the fact that I had been attending the studio for 3 years. Instead I was charged $15 for 6 months to “maintain my account”.4. At the end of the account freeze I decided to simply cancel my account and was told that I would be charged the full amount before cancelling.5. I had my final exam in May and had to travel to Texas for a work conference for a week. This limited the days I had available to attend a class and the classes themselves were pretty booked so I was not able to use all of my credits. When I asked if they could roll over the remaining two credits to next month, I was told there was no possible way to do this….All in all, I believe this is just very poor management that makes you feel like you are not a member of a community but just another customer. The years I had spent there did not matter, I guess because I was not paying for the “unlimited” plan. I think there are some great instructors there, but for the amount of money you are paying, there should be more options for level 2 classes and every (or majority) of classes should not have a wait list.
