As a senior citizen, I found that my core, respiration and stability have benefited greatly from the exercises. The staff are also very accommodating. Bella in particular ihas been very responsive to any requests or issues that I’ve had in the past. Thank you so much for enhancing. my well-being and providing me with a weekly exercise routine that I can manage.
