The instructor Pam was able to teach the class and engage with everyone one on one to accommodate them at their own fitness level. They offer classes at all fitness levels and private instruction. I would highly recommend the Ghent location.

When I take my classes which are twice a week I experience the absolute best instructors, Ann, Maya, Pam to name just a few but all are wonderful. I do appreciate Ann a lot because she has experience and pilates and yoga and she makes the classes interesting, fun, and challenging. Joining club Pilates Norfolk was one of the best things I have done for myself in a very long time.
