Thanks to her, my posture has completely transformed, and I’m in the best shape I’ve been in for years.She designs each class with purpose, and you truly feel the difference. Every session is worth every cent—you’re not just getting a workout, you’re getting results. It’s no surprise that her classes are usually fully booked, and once you experience one, you’ll understand why.I’ll admit, I hesitated to write this review because I didn’t want to make it even harder to get a spot—but I can’t keep it to myself. Everyone deserves to know how amazing she is. If you’re lucky enough to grab a spot in Sara’s class, don’t think twice. She’s the best.
June 30 · Diana BGreat studio - highly recommend! I was interested in trying Pilates for awhile but very nervous to try, intimidated by the equipment and the fact I was not in the best shape. I went for my intro class and fell in love with it! At my first class I told the instructor it was my first class ever and she was so great with me during the class to make sure I was following along and understood what to do. She made me so comfortable (thanks Jessica!). I have gone consistently since and mostly go during the week with Sarah. She is awesome! Her classes are always great and she offers reinforcement and gentle corrections and reminders to make sure we get the most out of our session. If you’re thinking of trying Pilates and this location - do it!! You will love it too!!

The environment is welcoming and equipment is immaculate. I have seen a change in my physical appearance and look and feel stronger than I’ve ever been. Every class I took was challenging in the right way. Instructors were all helpful and patient, and even when I was just getting started and figuring it out, I was always encouraged and never made to feel like I couldn't keep up.The instructors are all knowledgable able accommodating injuries. The studio is clean, and it's a warm, inclusive environment. And the location is great and can't be beat.
