She doesn’t just shout instructions at you, she helps you adjust your form and praises you when you make corrections and modifications. She practices safety first and really understands the exercises uses and targets muscle groups so she educates us at the same time.Absolutely the best! Sign up for her classes!!!!

Their policies are rigid but they are very up front about them and very responsive via email if you have any questions on your booking or membership. My only gripe is that it’s hard to get a spot in the early morning classes that fit my schedule.

Her sessions are both challenging and empowering. Beyond that, she’s genuinely personable and remembers the little life details that make you feel truly seen and supported. She is easily one of my favorite instructors at the studio and I look forward to her sessions!
