★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Amira is hands down one of the most exceptional Pilates instructors I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at Club Pilates. Her energy is infectious, her cues are incredibly clear, and she brings a level of precision and encouragement that makes every class feel both challenging and rewarding. Amira has a remarkable ability to meet each client exactly where they are while gently pushing them toward their full potential. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, she creates a supportive environment where you feel seen, empowered, and motivated to grow stronger. Her passion for Pilates shines through in every session — I always leave her classes feeling more aligned, energized, and confident. Truly a standout in every way!
July 12 · SarahI’ve been coming here for almost two years and still love it! All the instructors are so good — skilled, supportive, and super nice. My favorite instructors are Amira and Katerina! The classes are always a great workout, and the studio has such a positive, welcoming vibe. Truly one of my happy places!
June 22 · HGI think this is the first bad review I have given of a business. However, it is really important to know that once you sign up with Club Pilates, you have access to their app to schedule classes and they are all booked! There are very few classes available. You have to use a number of credits each month and you have to go on a waitlist in order to get into classes. Unless you pay for the whole year, you can only even try to book them out for several weeks. People who pay for a year can book unlimited classes and fill all the spots. This is so frustrating! If you have any other commitments and are joining to improve your health and well-being, just be aware that this may cause more frustration and less wellbeing just trying to exercise. It’s important to have all of the facts before signing because they do not care if you are unhappy or can’t take the classes, unfortunately.I was not told this. When I signed up I told them that my daughter and I wanted to try something new together and we were really excited. They never told us that it would be almost impossible to get a class together. So now we are wasting money because we can’t cancel until the minimum three months. Nightmare!
August 22 · Donna HockeyI had an incredibly disappointing experience with Club Pilates and strongly recommend avoiding this company. As someone with prior Pilates experience at another studio, I was excited to go their classes with a friend. Unfortunately, what followed was a series of frustrating, unprofessional incidents that left me feeling cheated and disrespected.First, my friend and I arrived on time for a morning class we’d eagerly planned. Despite sharing our Pilates experience with the staff, we were abruptly told the class was “too hard” for us and were not allowed to participate. No prior notice, no courtesy call, and worst of all, no refund for the prepaid session. We were stunned by the dismissive attitude and left without any resolution.Determined to give them another chance, I rescheduled and paid for another class. This time, I arrived just seven minutes late due to unforeseen circumstances, only to be barred from joining. The front desk staff was shockingly rude, offering no empathy or flexibility, and again, refused to refund my payment. It felt like they were more interested in enforcing rigid policies than providing customer service. She asked”didn’t you read the fine print”. You mean the tiny little print that I would need a magnifying glass for? After two failed attempts, I demanded refunds for the three classes I’d paid for. Only after threatening to leave a scathing review did I receive partial reimbursement for two classes—the third remains unrefunded despite my follow-ups. The entire ordeal was a hassle, marked by poor communication and a lack of accountability.Beyond my experience, I’ve spoken with others who purchased memberships and regret it. They describe constant booking issues, with classes always full, making it nearly impossible to use what they paid for. It’s clear this company oversells memberships while failing to deliver accessible classes, trapping customers in contracts they can’t escape. As a business owner, I’m appalled by Club Pilates’ lack of customer care and unprofessional staff. Their front desk could use an etiquette overhaul, and their business practices feel predatory. Save your money and try a different Pilates studio. I’m grateful I never committed to a membership, and I urge others to test a few classes before considering one—you’ll likely encounter the same red flags I did. Club Pilates needs a serious reevaluation of how they operate.
June 08 · Larisa LoukaAmira explained all the equipment and the various levels of exercises that we could do with each piece of equipment. I love that she really paid attention to our form, correcting as needed. I feel the reformer is perfect for rehabbing my knee after total knee replacement plus strengthening my muscles to help deal with osteoporosis. I know, I’m a mess but I’ve been struggling to find the balance of doing too little or too much exercise. Club Pilates is definitely going to be part of my weekly self care.
