Getting back there has been my goal for a very long time. Today, I had a private class with Dale, an amazing Pilates instructor. It was so wonderful! Dale is the best. Being there, with Dale instructing and evaluating me, at Club Pilates today, was great! I wish I could give both 10 stars- Dale and Club Pilates New City would get them! In one hour, after being gone and deconditioned for nearly a year, Dale was amazing. I walked out feeling (always did!) fantastic! Can’t say enough good.

Garrett was patient and encouraging as I tried to learn the moves. I was happy to see that I found motivation with her encouragement. Garrett is great at meeting the class light and fun but also pushes us to work. I'm looking forward to adding on to the moves and trying variations.

We do that at home. The reformer use and foam roller are what I looking forward to using . Just a suggestion.The instructors should try to prompt the newer members as bit more. The class ended early it was not 50 min.Have a great weekend.
