April 06 · Saskia KnightI started doing pilates here a few years ago and I'm so grateful for this studio! I struggle with fibromyalgia and it's pretty much in remission now. The all over body movement that pilates provides is the magic. The strength I've obtained is more than I ever expected.The atmosphere in the studio is lovely. I don't feel like I have to measure up to anyone except for myself. The instructors are all superstars!! They actually CARE. They are VERY well trained. I can confirm that because I challenged myself to go through the teacher training program! It's surprising how much they need to know about anatomy and body mechanics. Each class is limited to 12 clients, so the instructor continually watches everyone very closely to make sure they are performing each movement correctly. Emphasis is on safety first. It's a judgement free zone as well.I can't recommend this place more, I've even gotten my adult children to join Club Pilates and you'll see my 80 year old dad in a couple of my pics with me!The membership is definitely pricey but it can't be compared to any "gym" fee. It's an investment in my health and happiness and that is priceless!

I love Alia and Nikki, they always make classes fun and their energy is contagious. I’ve taken some classes with other instructors and have enjoyed them, I’ve never had a bad class. Highly recommend if you’re looking to strengthen, tone, and try a different workout. I’m a previous dancer and it reminds me of my dancing days, it’s so fun!

Her teaching is clear and easy to follow, and her classes have a great atmosphere. So happy I became a member here!
