The location is great, and I always enjoy the walk there with its beautiful view.All the instructors are professional, super nice, and incredibly friendly, as are the front desk staff, who always make me feel welcome. I’ve taken classes with every instructor in the studio, and they are all wonderful! Each one has their own unique style (in a great way), so I highly recommend trying them all to find the best fit for you. This place has not only become a key part of my wellness routine but also one of the reasons I love this neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Once I attended her class, I fell in love with her and became addicted to her teaching style and how she relates to students. She guides you with clear instructions, chooses appropriate music for the class type, pays attention to breathy, and provides additional options for performing if you have limitations. In short, I feel welcomed, attended to, and appreciated.Thank you, Bonnie, for making my mornings so pleasant!

They told me a manager to no problem but a manager had to do it and they will call me. 2 days later they called me because my payment was 1 day late, told them that I needed to transfer they membership I have been waiting to speak to a manager. The person in the phone proceeded to threaten me to “put my payment in collections” with $15 fee 🤦🏻. What a pathetic way of loosing a client. I cancelled my membership immediately. You all should be ashamed of this type of business behavior. I am telling everyone ti avoid this place.
