April 23 · Lauren EckmanLong story short, the place and the quality of the session that I got (from Kathie Bradley) was excellent!I went to the one-time free session with my wife on Saturday 3/16/2019. I was looking for a place for my wife, and I wanted to check out the place with her. Some Google comments stated that they are not friendly, and the instructor is not good, so I was a bit iffy about the place. However, it was very well appreciated.My 30-minute free session went amazing. Kathie covered some basic movements that each of their classes offer (such as "Reformer Flow" or "Center + Balance"). She was very knowledgeable in muscle activities of each movement, so that was very helpful when my wife and I were doing what she told us to do. It helped us what muscle to concentrate on and how to move. She was also kind and easy to approach.Overall, the experience was great. The person who greeted us was friendly and helped us kindly get 3-month session for my wife.Now, I could see that the quality of the session could depend on the instructor. If you want to found out yourself, go sign up for a free session and feel for yourself.**Bring a bottle of water and grip socks, otherwise you have to buy one.
