At that time, I was told a Royal Oak location would be opening within the next month. Since I live in West Bloomfield and work in Royal Oak, it seemed like the perfect setup, so I signed up for the unlimited membership—expecting to enjoy the flexibility of multiple locations.Unfortunately, that promise never came true. It’s now June, and the Royal Oak location still hasn’t opened. When I asked to downgrade my membership due to the location still being unavailable, my request was denied. I was told I had to stay on the higher-priced plan—even though I couldn’t access what I was paying for.By the third month, I locked my card and requested to cancel my membership. I don’t think it’s fair to continue charging someone when they’ve been misled about services that were never delivered. Instead of resolving the issue, they continued trying to charge my card, and I was met with complete indifference. The manager, Monica, in particular, was rude and dismissive.To be clear: I absolutely loved the classes and the instructors. Pilates itself has been wonderful, and the staff leading the classes are kind, knowledgeable, and motivating. But the management and how membership concerns are handled is disappointing at best—and dishonest at worst.If you're considering joining, be sure to get everything in writing and don’t count on location promises. I hope others don’t have the same experience I did.

The instructors are all great in their own way. Nicole quickly became one of my favorites with her sweet tone and “ahhmazzing” personality. I’ve noticed in just a short 30 days that I’m a lot stronger and I can see a difference in my body already. I highly recommend this studio in West Bloomfield !
