Initially new management came in making some changes with the experience and investing in the space. That was welcomed.As you will notice many of the positive reviews contain a specific name and that is Kenzie. Even in the midst of management changes as consumer Kenzie made it that we didn’t focus on the behind the scenes but enjoyed the instruction. Kenzie was also dynamic in her classes making sure you were growing in your practice.If you are planning on joining do yourself a favor and try the classes to see if you can find a fit. A good chunk of the positive reviews were a result of the exceptional instruction of Kenzie. Kenzie has been a personal trainer and was able to meld her skillset into Pilates. I felt like I was actually getting great value being in her classes. Also Kenzie made Pilates feel inclusive, comfortable and fun. This is not to minimize the other instructors but if you are looking at the reviews enthusiastic about this club it’s not a fully accurate picture if Kenzie is not at Club Pilates.
April 18 · Bianca St.LouisI joined Club Pilates in March. The manager at the time Jordan was wonderful. I loved Kenzie, Gigi & Elizabeth’s classes. For the first time in my life I found something I loved and kept wanting to come back to, and was in a 4-5 times a week routine. I was so sad to hear of Kenzie’s sudden departure. I think it was a huge loss for Club Pilates. Since then the classes I would regularly go to had different instructors, quite a few regulars appear to have left as a consequence too, I can’t seem to find Gigi on the schedule any more. Management also changed. These changes led to a really poor customer experience. That being said the one instructor that keeps me wanting to come back is Elizabeth. Excellent instruction, full, proper use of all equipment, full attention to each person, safe and fun. I look forward to her Friday 6pm Center & Balance class. She’s been the instructor last 2 weeks - hopefully they let her keep doing it - a perfect end to the week. Thank you Elizabeth - you are awesome! All 5 stars on this review are for you. Hopefully no further changes at this Club Pilates.
June 07 · Arvinda GoelI started Pilates about 2 months ago after being consistently in the gym for 3 years. I want to do everything I can to tone and build muscle before resorting to any surgery. I am really enjoying Pilates and I especially like Taversha. Her directions and instruction click and I am able to execute without getting confused. The cost was always a bit of a deterrent to me but I am glad I made the leap. 😁

August 02 · Leila RiskI’ve loved being a part of Club Pilates Toco Hills, but the recent decision to let go of Kenzie Kohler is incredibly disappointing. Kenzie wasn’t just a great instructor—she created real connection, consistently delivered the most effective workouts, and made the studio feel like a true community. Her absence is a huge loss, and I’ve canceled my membership because of it. I truly hope this decision is reconsidered—for the sake of the many members who were here because of her.
