He takes the member's feedback seriously and is accommodating. This studio is a happy environment, spacious workout stations, and pleasant all around. Lisa, the manager, is a dream to work with. Always on top of things, helpful, efficient, and so kind! The instructors here are fabulous too!! Greg always looks to bring in only the best! A pleasure to workout here- thank you!!
July 18 · BHi,I have been going to workout classes religiously for 6 years now. I truly enjoy them. My friend recently told me about club Pilates opening 5 minutes from my house, and I was super excited to try it out and make it my new home. To my dismay, I was treated absolutely horribly, and unfortunately I can never enter this workout class again. I am absolutely appalled with the service I have received. In all of my years going to workout classes and other service providers, I have never been treated with such sass, attitude, and utter disrespect. Due to a storm that closed all main roads surrounding our area, we ended up spending 25 minutes in the car as opposed to the expected 5. My group and I excitedly walked in 13 minutes late. When we arrived, Katherine (the woman at the front desk) laughed in my group’s face as she rudely denied our access to the class we had signed up for. After realizing we were not going to be allowed into the class, we asked instead for a refund or a credit; to which we were once again denied and laughed at. Instead of walking out of this workout class on a high, feeling good about myself (as one is supposed to feel after a strenuous and rewarding workout), I walked out feeling defeated, hurt, and depleted. I am not one to write a review, but this treatment I have received certainly warrants one. My intention in writing this is to save others from being treated and pained in the way in which I was. I recommend nobody attend this class with the current staff. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
