I’ve taken over 500 classes and still feel challenged and engaged. Their cues and corrections really help improve form. The studio is very clean, well maintained, and has a great mix of people - men and women of all ages. Everyone is friendly and supportive. Highly recommend!

The classes can be as challenging as you want, they always give you options to ramp up or take it easy, especially if you have an injury. The instructors have been great helping me come back from knee replacement surgery.
