I love Club Pilates Madison! Their instructors are high quality and they have a variety of styles so you can get good variety out of your membership and different levels of classes and difficulty. They have been very accommodating and responsive when I had to pause my membership for a brief period due to a health issue and when any other issues came up. The instructors are pretty good about giving alternatives if you are not able to do something and allowing the class to be personalized if you have any specific body issues where you can't do something. I personally recommend getting an unlimited membership because you get to sign up for classes earlier and the spots can fill up fast. When I had an 8x a month membership, it was harder to get a spot in the classes but the waitlists for classes do move.

I have done pilates for over 5 years and these are the best instructors I have ever had. They explain their instructions in such a clear and thorough manner. I have problems with my knees and the instructors always make sure to look out for me and offer accommodations so I can fully participate with my limitations and allow me to feel comfortable that I will not injure myself. Love CP Madison!!

I'm 4'11, 105 pounds with back/neck issues and have always been self conscious of my lower stomach especially after having kids. I've never been a workout or diet person. During Covid I noticed I gained weight and really wanted to do something about but I couldn't imagine going to a traditional gym five days a week. CP is following all the proper safety guidelines and each class does not exceed 12 members. I asked some mom friends what their workout routine is and one mom suggested CP. I had done Pilates years ago pre-mom life! I remember loving it but that it was an expensive workout. I did some research and called a few Pilate facilities before committing to CP. I have no regrets! The facility is friendly, helpful and clean. CP also offers different packages and a huge plus is they have an unlimited affordable monthly package. Before, joining my other concern was scheduling and if I'd be able to find a class that worked with my schedule 4-7 days a week. Sure enough I was able to, CP is open 7 days a week and they offer a variety of classes throughout the day. I've been going everyday and sometimes I'll take two classes a day! It's addicting!!!! I mentioned before that I have a bad back & neck, Pilates has made it better by strengthening my core and flexibility. I spoke to Jody regarding my issues and she connected me to instructor Jen M. In between classes Jen took me aside to talk about my issues and give me pointers. She reassured me and gave me modifications. All the instructors have been great and I get something out of every class. I had Sarah this past Saturday and I was little nervous but man her class flew by! She keeps class moving and flowing great! Charlene is intense but in a great way, I learned so much during her class and really felt like I got the most out of those 50 minutes. After Charlene's class I changed my schedule around so I could have her more. With that said everyone there is wonderful and very knowledgeable. I enjoy having a variety of different instructors because it makes my workout different depending on how they teach. I can tell they all enjoy CP. I'm someone who always hated working out and this is the first time I'm really enjoying my workouts and look forward to them. It's turned into my happy, ME time! Over the weekend I decided to go to Lifetime gym right after CP with my BF who is an avid gym goer. We both noticed that my stamina, breathing and posture have improved since joining CP. If you're unsure about joining they offer free intro. classes to try out. They also have multiple locations so you can go elsewhere if you're not near your home studio. I am so happy I joined and only wish I had joined sooner. THANKS CP STAFF
