There are so many class offerings from stretch classes to control classes to high intensity. This is a place for all fitness levels since there are so many offerings and levels available. The equipment is amazing! I especially love the reformer and getting the ultimate stretch putting my feet in the straps. The instructors are top notch and are very knowledgeable and encouraging. I just finished class 61 and I have seen a total transformation in my body, my health and my overall wellbeing. I am so much stronger than I’ve ever been. I love this studio so much. Brittany, Tara, Andrea, Xenia, Hale Cigdem, Jenn, all of them (I hope I didn’t forget anyone). The front desk girls are wonderful also, so sweet and helpful!!! Amazing, totally life changing. I’m so thankful to this studio 🩷

I appreciate them asking about injuries prior to class beginning and the low impact strength training has really helped with my nerve pain. Brittany, Tara, Jen, and Xenia are all so great but I lean towards Tara and Brittany's class due to familiarity and their style of teaching. I wish I could take more of Jen and Xenia's classes however their schedule unfortunately does not align with mine. Anyhow, I think if you're curious, try it out. You'll get over the fear of learning something new like I did.
February 25 · Linda LI started out with 4 classes per month and realized very quickly that I loved reformer pilates. I changed to unlimited classes and what a difference it has made in my life. My core is stronger, my posture is much better, and it’s really helped with my back issues. The studio is so warm and welcoming! Jen at the front desk always greet you with a smile and is so helpful with any questions. Brittany and Tara are incredible instructors. I have learned so much from both of them and they are inspirational.

The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and always bring great energy to every class. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, making you feel like part of the family from the moment you walk in. The entire vibe of the club is so positive and uplifting, it was my go-to place for a fantastic workout. Even the members were a joy to practice Pilates with. I can’t wait to return once my schedule allows me more time—it’s truly a place where you can focus on your health and well-being in a supportive and encouraging environment. Highly recommend!
