Sherry Franklin is the best instructor because she’s hilarious and takes the time to make sure everyone is executing the moves properly. Club Pilates Great Bridge is top notch and my happy place outside of home. Very grateful for them.

The instructors are very knowledgeable and always willing to offer adjustments if you're having an issue. Pilates has proved to be a great way to get a great workout and I have seen improvements in balance, strength and core stability. Been hooked since the beginning. I love the family atmosphere and great friendships I've developed. Always look forward to class!See ya there!

The instructors are able to modify movements based on independent skill level which I like being able to push myself but still be in a group workout setting. (Also the reformer feels like an adult jungle gym and it’s fun)
