I love taking classes with Jaleah, Vicki and Naveah just to name a few. They are very knowledgeable and engaging in their classes. The staff and teachers including but not limited to Amber, Blaise, Tina, Marissa, Vicky, Naveah, Susan and Jaleah are so inviting, encouraging, and welcoming. The first few months I did a four-class pass, then an eight-class pass, and now I'm on the unlimited plan. At nearly 62 years old, I am stronger than ever, more flexible, and have truly incredible stamina. My husband loves it, too. While he already has good strength, Pilates has helped fill in areas such as flexibility, breathwork, and balance. I think I've found my exercise for life! And it's super fun to do together! The studio is clean, and the equipment is in perfect condition. Oh, the clients are lovely too. It's a great way to make new friends! #clubpilatesowingsmills
