I have taken several classes with different instructors and have decided on a few that I really enjoy. I always feel like I leave class having made strides in my strength journey. I have noticed a huge difference in my strength and core strength since starting. I attempt to go once a week and hope to bump up my membership in the future. The entire staff is great and friendly. I have already recommended the studio to some of my friends and will continue to do so!
July 18 · Sam DI signed up for the 4-class monthly membership and have mixed feelings about the experience. The classes themselves are decent beginner-friendly, and a nice way to stay active or stretch. Some instructors are really attentive, while others are a bit more hands-off.My main issue has been with the scheduling system. Classes fill up quickly, and I often struggle to find times that work for me. I’ve also lost credits in the past despite canceling early, which was frustrating.That said, I had an accidental booking recently and they were kind enough to restore the credit. I really appreciated the quick support on that.Overall, I’d recommend trying a few drop-in classes before committing to the monthly membership, especially if your schedule is tight or unpredictable. The system isn’t very flexible, but the classes themselves are worth checking out.

I took the intro with Jazmyne— she was patient, kept the class flowing nicely, and explained every step. New experiences can be intimidating. However, every staff member, including the general manager Cliff and the young lady behind the counter (I didn’t catch her name), made sure I was greeted, welcomed, and ready to attend my first class. I appreciated the transparency between what to expect from the classes and how it will fit into my schedule and personal goals. I’m looking forward to attending my next class.

Ebony was our instructor, and she was fantastic, super knowledgeable, encouraging, and made sure everyone felt comfortable regardless of their experience level. I left the class feeling refreshed, energized, and excited to come back. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a positive and professional Pilates experience!

I have a shape, just not one I am proud to display, hence my inhibitions.I am a BC survivor; I struggle with strength, and joint issues from medications. My daughter talked me in to trying Pilates, so I decided to take an intro class and I was blown away!I have never felt so welcomed to a gym environment right from the start. I am five classes in and have loved every class.I feel great after my class; energized and happy from within- I just can't explain it. Try it and you will see, it's addictive and a really great place.
