She passed in 2023 and this place has been my saving grace...truthfully. Love all the instructors but especially Mildraide, Kelly, Alyssa, Debbie just to name a few. The girls at the front desk Laura and Katie are also an asset to this establishment. The best I've ever experienced. You work super hard in her classes with correct form because she checks your form kindly and gently. Kelly’s classes fly by because there’s always something new and her personality is so positive.Kelly’s Center and Balance class is my favorite - I wish she taught a Center and Balance class every day of the week!
