The best part of CP is I just have to show up and the rest is taken care. I feel energized after the classes and am stronger than where I started. Highly recommend.

June 08 · Michele WagnerThe Club Pilates in Dunwoody, GA has many incredible instructors who are all very well trained, enthusiastic, and committed to helping us improve our core strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness, but I think my favorite is Pam. Her classes always seem to fly by because she puts so much thought into how she structures and varies her classes and into the set lists she creates and uses. By varying the music and often creating themes, every class feels different, and I never even glance at the clock. She also makes an effort to learn the names of her regular students and to connect with new students as well. She's always upbeat and often funny. She watches us closely, explains which muscle groups each exercise focuses on, tells us exactly how we should move our bodies to get the most from our workouts, and shows us how to make adjustments when necessary. She even signs me in when I forget to do it myself. :D
