It is a beautifully maintained facility and the workout is spot on! You work every muscle group and everything gets toned. I have done a little over 40 classes and I look and feel great. Anyone who is in search of a place to rejuvenate yourself only needs to walk in the door. The staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable. My favorite instructors including Gab, of course, are Jacqui, Shae and Karla. I truly look forward to every session with these talented, knowledgeable and caring women.

She knows exactly how to challenge you, while ensuring you are using proper form and getting the most out of every movement. If I see her name on the schedule, I’ll rearrange mine, to make sure I can get there. Her classes are tough, but in all the best ways!
