I already feel so much stronger than I have in a long time. I feel like I’m getting my body back and people are starting to notice and compliment me which is awesome. I am turning 50 next year and I definitely feel this is a great workout for women my age or who have certain physical restrictions. I have back issues and fibromyalgia and these classes have helped me tremendously. Now I try to go 5 times per week. I take the reformer class 4 times per week and the center and balance once per week. I literally try to plan things around my Pilates schedule because I don’t want to miss class. ☺️. Some days are tougher than others with the workouts but it’s worth the effort! Love this.

Nicole’s positive and uplifting energy was flowing throughout the entire class, which gave me such a confidence boost during my first ever class! She was so kind and nonjudgmental and offered different tips, tricks, and variations for the moves, as well! I can’t wait to take more of Nicole’s classes!
