It's low impact and the 50 minute classes are organized by experience and skill level. The instructors are Great, very knowledgeable and assist in modifying any move or stretch to accommodate any ability. I can't emphasize this enough....Even a chubby old guy like myself can benefit from doing Pilates.

April 29 · Jennifer BakerStudio is clean and close by to my home offering smaller group classes (max of 12 students). Private training sessions are available if you would prefer this option instead. Pilates is a low impact workout which makes it fun and easy for me to want to continue going as much as I currently do. The instructors are knowledgeable which makes the flows fun and challenging. Classes last about 50 minutes and I barely look at my watch because time flies. The front desk staff is friendly & available to answer any questions you might have. Once you sign up, I reccomend booking your classes out as far out as you can and make the commitment to yourself to show up. You won't regret it.

Thank you Lynzie for helping me break the ice at my first class. I specifically want to strengthen areas of my body regular workouts won't achieve and the Reformer 1 Class to begin with is already attacking these areas.
