Taylor is an excellent 1.0-level instructor; she is always energetic and really helps with hands-on adjustments if that's your cup of tea. Every instructor is kind and willing to help with any questions. They always ask before performing hands-on adjustments, which really adds to the comfort I feel in the studio.Kimber and Claire's classes are a great way to start the morning! It's great to wake up the body in a TRX or reformer class before work. Even though the classes are at 6 a.m. I can always anticipate an energetic boost to my day!
