Felt a bit intimidating at first, but everyone is warm, welcoming & I’m happy to be in the swing of things now. Instructors always ask if there are injuries or trouble spots to be mindful of and help with adjustments to keep my wrists happy. I’ve been a member since mid-Feb and take as many classes as I can fit in with work. Can’t remember all of my favorites, but some are Khalil, Sue, Megan & Rowan…and Alex who did my intro class. Nilufer has an awesome playlist as her background and her oblique work is giving me a natural corset for upcoming wedding. Feeling & seeing the difference Pilates makes every day & miss it when I don’t go. Clean studio with well maintained equipment & parking is surprisingly easier than I imagined. Quick update… Got married shortly after three months at 86th St. club Pilates. Had one private session in the morning of my wedding and felt so so good to start my day focusing on balance and wellness. Perfect night and loved everything about what this is done for my self-care journey going into new life together

June 02 · samanthaI LOVE Club Pilates Bay Ridge! The instructors are top-notch and Hala, Vicky, Crystal and Meghan are my go to girls! I tried Andrea for the second time today and she is so fantastic too. I took a break from CP for some family health issues recently and my physical and mental health suffered so much as a result. I feel so strong and peaceful and my arthritis/injuries are kept at bay when I go to CP. I couldn’t recommend this studio more. Genesis is an amazing studio manager and Victoria at the front desk is THE BEST!
