She stopped the class and felt the need to call me out, embarrass and then kick me out in front of the whole class because I forgot to bring my grippy socks (I was wearing regular socks)… As someone that has done pilates for years, I totally understand that’s studio policy - but I doubt very much humiliating a paying clients is. I probably shouldn’t be too surprised I had been in some classes where she was in a bad mood, lost patience and was unkind to others in class…
