Introductory Classes: For those new to Pilates or the reformer, the studio offers a free introductory class. This is a great opportunity to learn the basic principles, get comfortable with the equipment, and experience a taste of the Club Pilates workout before committing to a membership.
Reformer Classes: The cornerstone of the Club Pilates experience. These classes utilize the reformer to deliver a total-body workout. Instructors guide you through a series of exercises that build core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance muscle tone. The resistance of the springs on the reformer allows for a customizable workout that can be modified to be either easier or more challenging.
Specialty Classes: Beyond the standard reformer classes, Club Pilates offers a variety of specialty classes that incorporate other fitness disciplines. These may include classes that blend Pilates with cardio, strength training, or other apparatus like the TRX Suspension Trainer or the EXO Chair. This ensures your workout routine remains diverse and engaging.
Private and Semi-Private Training: For a more personalized experience, the studio also offers one-on-one and small group sessions. These are ideal for those with specific fitness goals, individuals recovering from injuries, or anyone who wants more focused attention from an instructor. These private sessions can be tailored to your exact needs and provide a deeper dive into the Pilates method.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The class itself was okay. Instructor seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Low energy and they have a stuck up/ boogie energy there. If you really want a workout out go to CST50 instead.
April 14 · BI recently joined Club Pilates, and so far, I'm enjoying it. Everyone is friendly and the place is clean. Unfortunately, it has been challenging to find classes. At first, I thought you could simply show up and enroll in a class, but the scheduling aspect requires a lot of preparation. The fact that only Caucasian families are depicted in the wall art further supports my belief that there is a lack of inclusion. Although I see that they have non-Caucasian clients and instructors, there are no colored families present.
December 23 · Jean GIt was always issue with booking. Classes are full and hard to book. Some classes are so-so. The floors under reformers haven’t been washed in some time.. but it was ok to go there once a week..Decided to cancel, because I was 10 minutes late to class due to the emergency situation at home and when I came to class - I was not let in!!Immediately asked to cancel my membership and waiting for a refund for this class since I was not let in! I was asked to leave in front of the whole class. Absolute disrespect!
October 22 · Elena LevenetsI've been a member at Club Pilates Darien for 2.5 years now and love it! I love how they allow you to take as many classes as you like per day, unlike a lot of other studios that only allow you to just take one class per day. That's a deciding factor for me. All of the instructors are awesome and super supportive. I highly recommend joining the studio!
December 22 · Trang ChuongI have been a member of Club Pilates in Darien for about 9 months now and have overall enjoyed my time there. I do think there could be more classes available nights and weekends for us working clients! There is a lot of variation in instructors but that is to be expected and I have found my favorites. Unfortunately the cost of membership for me went up as 2024 began and I don't love that change as I am not sure I am benefitting as there are less class times available now than previously.I find some of their policies regarding classes unnecessarily strict to the point of taking advantage of paying responsible clients. As someone who has accepted losing a credit for missing a class that I took down the time wrong for or just was unable to cancel in time, I understand policy. I even make sure to adhere to the strict no lateness policy and am always early to class as to avoid wasting anyone's time. This past weekend I experienced an unfortunate situation where I had been on a waitlist for a class that began at 10AM on Sunday. I went to bed Saturday night and came off the waitlist in my sleep around 2AM. Unbeknownst to me, as I know thought I could sleep in, I didn't see that I was off this waitlist until shortly after the class began. I would not expect to be penalized for something happening in the middle of the night, so close to the beginning of class. To be penalized as a client losing a full class credit for this instance as it seems like a loop hole in a strict cancellation policy. Something to be aware of if you are interested as they are extremely strict and have no consideration in these situations.
