Put my cancellation in and it took months to go through while they continued to charge me as well as over charge me with no explanation of why. Had to end up getting a new card and reporting the charges. Much rather use and prefer Planet Fitness, way better communication, prices, and actually care about their customers.

Drop in and see her or one the amazing staff and you’ll see.
