Thank you Joe B. for curating this program and for bringing the right people together assist me on this journey.Joined at the beginning of 2023 and was assigned a great coach in Coach MC. Took pictures and measurements-which included body fat and muscle mass, amongst other indicators.Every Monday we weigh in, and every 4 weeks my coach and I have a Focus meeting to go over my numbers.The tracking is done via an app which your coach can add to, and can also message you.In addition to the aforementioned, there are resources that are found on the app, such as meal plans and nutrition guides.The classes are booked via an app every week.Here are my pros and cons of the program:Pros:1. There is a trackable history of your work in the gym via the user friendly app. I love the pictures that show progress. Also, nutritional resources and the Cloud10 Tribe portal (like an internal FB platform for club notices, shout outs, encouraging posts etc)2. Very friendly coaches who also push you, for example, I started pushing about 70lbs on the sled, I am now close to 300lbs. Elisa from Accounting has been very helpful in responding to my 100 questions via email.3. An unforseen benefit for me has been the comraderie that I have formed with my fellow 5am gymmates! These are some of the most hardworking grit filled powerhouses I have had the pleasure to workout alongside. We encourage each other, challenge each other and cheer for one another. I also love that most of us are older than the coaches, but there is a great respect for Coach Marcus and CoachMC who steadfastly lead the class with exemplary leadership.Con:-Not really a con, but because I am a bit lazy, I would love to book all my classes at once, but I also understand how that would not benefit the gym. Therefore, we book classes as they open up.Overall, I am glad I found this FitFamlay. Super inspired by the men and women who share space with me at 5am. The program is designed to work for you if you work your program and the coaching.I love it here.

There are no quick fixes or unrealistic expectations here. When you start you do an in body scan, get measurements taken and you’re told what it will take to achieve your desired goal! I had been to several trainers and gyms over the years but I never saw the results I really wanted until I joined Cloud 10. The accountability here is unmatched! This program has helped me increase my strength and endurance, and most importantly my self esteem. All of The coaches are welcoming, knowledgeable, encouraging and they are not overbearing. There is a team motivating positive culture here, which I love! The equipment and facility is always clean and well maintained! The systems used to schedule sessions and maintain data are easy to navigate and very helpful tools!55 pounds down 💪🏾
May 23 · A AsI skeptically came to Cloud 10 thinking that I would try it and probably stop because I did not consider myself someone who liked to sweat or workout with weights. However, after a couple of weeks when I started noticing that my clothes were fitting better and I had more energy, I decided to continue. The coaches (Maliek, Marcus and Mike) are dedicated and engaged with the classes. They motivate me to want to come regularly. I also enjoy the sense of camaraderie that I feel with the other members. I'll admit, I am not the best with following the meal plan, but if you follow the meal plan and come to classes at least 3-4 times a week, you will lose weight and notice a boost in your energy levels.
September 06 · Karla SwintonGreat gym! I’ve been a member for a few years now and every coach has always been fantastic! I like that they provide a structured program that’s intense but feasible, meets you where you are and regularly pushes you past your comfort zone enough to be challenged, but not defeated. My assigned coach Ken provides me with regular check ins and nutritional guidance throughout the week and when I stuck with the meal plan and the workout schedule I dropped like 15lbs and went down a dress size in a few weeks. (I’m still working on being more disciplined with the food part long-term!) This is the first gym I’ve been in where I’ve ever worked out consistently and actually look forward to going because the workouts are great and so are the people (coaches and the other members too).
